Wire Transfer Information:

·         Funds can be deposited in AUD or USD (please make sure you send the funds to the correct account as APEX will not be responsible for any mistakes)

·         The name and address on your wire transfer must match the name and address on your APEX Account.

·         The client is responsible for any wire transfer fees incurred during depositing of their funds.

·         There is no Australian limitation to the amount of funds you can send in one transaction.

·         Once funds are received, it may take up to 24 hours to post to your APEX account.

·         Funds will always be returned to the client, the same way they were received by APEX i.e. a wire transfer deposit will be returned to the client as a wire transfer.

·         The client is also responsible for any wire fees incurred when withdrawing funds.

o   Funds will be released from your APEX account within 48 hours upon receipt of your completed withdrawal request.

o   Funds will NOT  be released if the withdrawal will cause the account to be liquidated.

 

* Again APEX is not responsible for any fee’s incurred by the client for receiving or sending wire transfer deposits and will not be responsible for any additional fees incurred should the client make a mistake depositing.
